Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@marovella.com with your order number, reason for return and supporting photos.

  2. Return Approval: We will send you return instructions and authorisation.

  3. Send the Item: Securely package the item making sure all tags and original packaging is included. Return it using a tracked shipping service and all return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We do not offer any exchanges. If you need to exchange your item then you will need to return it for a refund and order the correct size or colour through the website.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

If your order appears lost and does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
